Atena Ltd. has built up a reputation since 2004, as a leading manufacturer of solutions for technically sophisticated products across a diverse range of markets, with a special focus on the medical device industry.
Atena also works closely with two other IMCO subsidiaries:
Nir-Or Israel Ltd. develops and manufactures innovative electronic suites for various military applications, developing ideas into working prototypes and prototypes into fielded, operational products.
ADT (Advanced Defense Technologies Inc.) is a US-based manufacturer of advanced electronic solutions for military and civilian applications.
IMCO Industries Ltd., a Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) listed company. The IMCO Group is a leading provider of complex electro-mechanical solutions for air, land and naval defense applications. The company combines state of the art design, global production and project management capabilities. Its production facilities are located in Israel, India and the US. This allows Atena access to IMCO’s international procurement network, financial leverage, operational continuity and international marketing capabilities.

Engineering Manager
is a veteran staff member and is a specialist in the field of engineering and assemblies. He has a BA degree in Materials Science and Engineering.
Production Manager
COO
is a graduate of the Israeli Navy officer’s course. He has held the position of VP of Operations in Israel and the United States for 20 years. Ofir has a BA degree in Business Administration.
CEO
has been CEO of Atena for over a decade. He has a BA degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, as well as an MA degree in Business Administration. Itay has two decades of experience in the electronics industry.
Purchasing Manager
has been an integral part of the team since Atena was founded. He is a specialist in the field of procurement and warehouse management.
Production Line Manager
has worked for Atena for over a decade and has risen to the position of production line manager.
